Welcome to Intellogist!
We are writing to introduce you to some exciting features of Intellogist so you can get the most out of your future visits. Did you know that you can:
- *Create a profile and add an avatar on Intellogist? It's as simple as clicking on the avatar placeholder found on the left hand side of every Intellogist page and then choosing the "Edit Profile" link which appears under your username at the top of the page.
- *Make friends on Intellogist? To see a list of all registered Intellogist users, visit our Community page. If you find a user with similar interests, you can request a friendship. If the user accepts your friend request, the user's avatar will appear on your profile page in your list of friends so you can quickly access that person's profile again in the future. To send a friend request, open the user's profile and click the "Add as friend" link which appears under the username at the top of the page.
- *Earn special badges when you make friends and share your expertise on Intellogist? You will receive your first "friend" badge when you've made 5 friends and your first "edit" badge when you've made 5 changes to any of our community wiki pages. The more friends and edits you make, the more badges you will receive.
