Baidu is a major search engine in China. They offer a native-language Chinese patent search from the following interface.

The source of this patent information appears to be SIPO, the State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China. Most records contain Chinese-language bibliographic information and abstracts.

For those who need translation assistance, using a site such as Babelfish or Google Translate will clarify the search interface and results pages. Below is a screenshot of the Baidu patent search interface in English via Google Translate.

The Baidu individual record view presents the Chinese-language bibliographic and abstract data for the patent. A link at the bottom of the record points to the official SIPO record for the document, which in turn contains links to the patent drawings (where available).
