CHEMLIST is a CAS database (like CAplus, CASREACT, CHEMCATS, CAS REGISTRY, CIN, and MARPAT) that contains international regulatory information for more than 282,000 chemical substances. Each record contains a list of agencies that regulate the substance of interest. The database provides coverage of inventories and lists from 1979 to present, and the file is updated weekly. Users can access CHEMLIST on SciFinder or STN platforms.
Users can search through records in the database by:
- Chemical names
- Regulatory information
- CAS Registry numbers
A full list of searchable and displayable field codes for CHEMLIST is available on the STN summary sheet.
