Help:Creating an account

The following is an Intellogist Help Topic

Creating, and validating, an account in Intellogist will give users the privilege of editing Community Reports, Glossary entries, and Best Practices articles. In addition, registered users will be allowed to contribute to the Discussion Forum and to rate various search systems on our Ratings page (example Ratings page).

To create an account in Intellogist, follow these steps:

1. Click the "Log in/create account link" at the top right of any page
2. Click on the "create an account" link
3. Fill out the appropriate fields, using a valid email address (email address is required to verify the account)

Entering a functional email address is important to confirm the account.
