With Resource Finder, users can broaden the scope of their search by considering new resources in a technical area. Our editors, in combination with the community, have compiled an extensive list of resources. We have sorted them by subject and made them available in our Resource Finder. Click on a topic of interest and learn about new places to search!

Navigation

Resource Finder has been organized by subject to make finding the most relevant results as easy as possible. On the left side of the interface is the table of contents. Clicking on a subject with a “+” next to it will expand the category to show a series of related subcategories. Clicking a subject without a “+” will display results in the columns to the right.

Clicking a link in Resource Finder will open the selected resource in a new window.

Resources

We have divided resources into four categories:

• Systems - the highest-level category, systems may search multiple databases and publications
  
• Databases - narrower in scope than systems, databases are collections of information from other sources, including individual publications
  
• Publications - specific journals, encyclopedias, magazines, etc.
  
• Websites - resources available only online that are not systems or databases
