Alerts
The SAVE ALERT command creates a Dialog Alert current awareness search. The Dialog Alert strategy is stored online until the user deletes it with the RELEASE command. The Alert is run automatically in the designated database or databases at the specified frequency. The results of the search are automatically sent to the user through a variety of delivery options, such as postal mail, email, or FTP (File Transfer Protocol).

Alerts can be created and results sent directly to the user via postal mail, email, or FTP.
Unfortunately, there is no RSS feed option associated with the Alert feature in Dialog.
