Flagging Results

When viewing results in the PICKLIST, a checkbox is provided for each result listing. This enables users to easily "flag" particular results for later viewing or downloading.

The PICKLIST window appears automatically when a LIST command is entered.

In the PickList, users can mark checkboxes next to each record in a result set to flag for viewing or downloading.

The KEEP Command

The KEEP command is the original, text-based, method for "flagging" or keeping particular records of interest from a search. KEEP is used to place selected records in an auxiliary set, numbered S0 (set zero). A user can KEEP chosen records from various sets within a search to create a customized set of final search results.
