Company Strength

FreePatentsOnline was started by former patent searcher James Ryley and has grown from a one man effort to a multiple person project.[1] The company has two main products: FreePatentsOnline (a free website, with additional features for registered users) and SumoBrain (another free website, albeit requiring registration).
FreePatentsOnline has been around since 2004 and has made several improvements to the search services since then. Since the site is ad-supported with Google AdSense,[2] development and upkeep should continue in order to drive users (and therefore revenue) to the site.
