Training

Knovel offers free web seminars to help with learning the site. They run 30-45 minutes and include a Q & A session. The sessions occur about once every two weeks.

The site also includes a link to chat with a support agent. This feature is available from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST.

Finally, Knovel offers a custom training program to fit the user’s needs.
