| Patent data collections created by topic: | Although one file that is searched by MMS, the Derwent World Patents Index, covers all patented topics, only the chemical patents are indexed in a way that allows MMS to search them. The second file that is searched by MMS, Pharm, is completely restricted to pharmaceutical patents. |
